All former DNSO GA members or other interested stakeholders/users,

  One might take particular notice that the archives for
http://forum.icann.org/lists/net-final-criteria/ mentioned below as
a example of "Openness and Transparency", has not a single comment
that was submitted to that forum.  I sent three such comments.  Yet none
appear.  One would have to wonder if the ICANN BoD and staff are
even aware that their archive facility for the forum for such comments
is even working much the same as the gnso forum also does not have
it's archive facility working sense 4/20/04.  Or is this purposeful in nature?
