  Seems like the shanagans are again afoot from ICANN.  Perhaps
Kent Crispin is again at his impersonation games?  The following was
sent to the old DNSO Email list forum address using a
greenriver.icann.org
and my Email address as the originator, full headers will show that
greenriver.icann.org is the actual originator:
