Eric and all former DNSO GA members or other interested
stakeholders/users,

  Brett is right of course but a little behind the time horizon curve..
I had yesterday posted a very timely and more complete view from
two different press sources.  They were again:

BTW, his blog seems to be very slow in resolving as well...  None the
less
it's good to see that this issue is at least being discussed in other
forums
even though those forums may be a little bit behind the time horizon
curve and not entirely open and transparent which is indicative of many
such "Blogs"...
