Eric and all former DNSO GA members or other interested
stakeholders/users,
I agree with Carl's analysis with one exception. That being,
"A foundation based on institutions rather than individual people."
Foundations are made up hopefully of people of good character,
and broad experiance.
I also agree with your remark "Wisdom is not hard to come by but
difficult to practice." had we been living in a wonderland world. But
reality is much different. Real wisdom is more difficult to come by
these
days, and very difficult to recognize as well as practice.
