While I do not always see eye to eye with WHO, it is very interesting to see how they begin stakeholder involvement. Not difficult.

Opening of the CIPIH Online Discussion Forum
 
We are pleased to announce the opening of the CIPIH Online Discussion Forum.

The purpose of the forum is to solicit opinions from all stakeholders to contribute to the work of the Commission. This will be invaluable to the Commission in enabling it to understand the range of views on its work, in adding to the evidence base on which it can draw, and in reaching people and institutions and views it cannot hope to meet in its planned programme of studies, visits and consultations (See timeline) . Although the working language of the forum is English, you may also make contributions in French and Spanish.

To start this process, we are posting on the forum a Framework Paper that the Commission has agreed which describes the range of issues that the Commission considers important in addressing its terms of reference. This will also form the basis for studies that are now being initiated to inform the Commission.
