Job duties include:

   Management of ICANN's registrar accreditation program. 
   Supervision of staff members engaged in contract monitoring and tasks relating to achieving compliance with agreements and ICANN policy. 
   Written, telephone and in-person communication with gTLD domain name registrars to achieve compliance with agreements and ICANN policy. 
   Review of domain name registrar web sites, public complaints about gTLD domain name registrars, and the terms and conditions of gTLD domain name registrar's posted agreements with their customers to determine the level of compliance with their agreements and ICANN policy. 
   Written, telephone and in-person communication with the public regarding complaints from the community about performance of gTLD domain name registrars.
