Now Mr. Williams and I don't see eye to eye on all issues. But he seems to be right on a roll here. (sorry that is a gambling with dice term for those of you never in Morrocco) He has his finger on the pulse (sorry that is an EMT metaphor for a living folk) We first touch their throat to feel for a pulse. Well somebody is alive and kicking and oriented times three. (sorry that is a term we use like code blue) it means someone is ambulatory enough to telll condition or personage, time and place.
Point is: half a ya is dead. You are a flatline on the monitor. Get up and contribute!

Richard Clark was right, and is proposing legislation to create an

level" position for this post... And further this is being put forward
