Hugh and all former DNSO GA members or other interested
stakeholders/users,

 Well Hugh it is unfortunate that those in the military planing great
techno thinkers
are no better or worse that the great techno thinkers of the private
sector.
Sometimes they are one in the same.  As one that has in other areas been

involved directly in planing of and for the military for technical needs
and/or
desires the political manutia often gets in the way of good planning,
much
like what we have seen with ICANN...
