I thought ICANN missed the 4 year audit deadline on tax exempt status.
No standing to defend.
Verisign must do equity and suffer an irreparable harm to get an injunction.
And IANA is past time lines for their concession.
Didn't the military here just cancel an Apache contract just for fun.
