All former DNSO GA members or other interested stakeholders/users,

  Seems more "Secret" ICANN meeting have been afoot.

  Again the lack of transparency is self evident...

  It also seems as no surprise that the present ICANN BoD is
trying to find a way to force WLS into a reality as well as an
excepted service.  So much for the stakeholders/users input...
