Vittorio and all former DNSO GA members or other interested stakeholders/users,

  Stakeholders/users have always been the central part of the internet community

as well as by far the largest and most important part.  Hence wondering
how or who "Can" be brought in to any "Atlarge" structure or user
community is not a complicated task if entry blocking is not a
consideration.  Hence this so called announcement is more of the
same run around gamesmanship that ICANN and it's sibling,
the "ALAC" is using to determine ways under the guise of
"Outreach" is being used to hinder stakeholder/user participation
in issues that effect them...
