Dear Secretariat, and all former DNSO GA members or other interested
stakeholders/users,

  Why on this link, http://gnso.icann.org/council/icann-participants.shtml
which is linked to from http://gnso.icann.org/issues/whois-privacy/tor.shtml
are regular and long term "Participants" not listed or even allowed to
openly participate in this very important issue to many if not all
stakeholders/users? Is there something that stakeholders/users
that the "Council" feels needs to be hidded from the stakeholders/users?
Is another Verisign/NSI like "Deal" in the offing?
