Before the DNSO was split between ccNSO and gNSO, I would have say
"use the DNSO". Now, I'm afraid there is no active and lively list
like the one you want. A few ideas:

1) The ccNSO is currently progressing. May be if you can wait a
bit... Come back to <URL:http://ccnso.icann.org/> from time to time.

2) There is a wwTLD <URL:http://www.wwtld.org/>

3) There are regional organizations like CENTR in Europe or AFTLD for
you <URL:http://www.aftld.org/>.

There are also private discussions :-)
