Help!
.....
.....
.....
Where are the Registry Evaluation Reports, required under Appendix U of the .info/.biz ICANN-Registry Agreements?
.....
.....
.....
(this question now asked for eighteen months, and twelve months after Stuart Lynn said that ICANN had been "too busy to publish them")
.....
.....
.....
Where is there any news, definition of process, or report on the ICANN website, about the New TLDs Evaluation Process?
.....
.....
.....
(who is in charge? why are they not informing people about the detail of the process? the criteria being applied? anything? the task force submitted a large and detailed preparatory plan for this process - where's all that work gone? where's the evidence and the detail and the transparent process? how can ICANN request informed participation, when there's no process to participate with, and no information to inform participants?)
.....
.....
.....
Why has Paul Twomey ignored my straightforward questions and mail for over four months, concerning the NewTLD process and problems with its launch?
.....
.....
.....
("we must be more responsive" paul twomey said to DoC - spin or reality?)
.....
.....
.....
Why has Dan Halloran refused to acknowledge my serious and informed mail on the New TLDs for 500 days?
.....
.....
.....
(openness and transparency and responsiveness... or evasion...)
.....
.....
.....
Afilias Director Robert Connelly resigned because of what he called the "abomination" of the .info fiasco, and its neglect of consumer interests - what analysis has been made by ICANN of this chaotic "proof of concept"
.....
.....
.....
(The ICANN Agreements failed miserably in the .info launch, and it was 'anything goes' as members of the Afilias cartel broke their own rules, in the process of bringing home the money)
.....
.....
.....
ICANN-accredited Registrars abused the New TLD Agreements, carried out documented fraud to help stockpile popular names (documented by WIPO), and ICANN has applied no sanctions, and published no report on this abandonment of the public interest. Why?
.....
.....
.....
(read: money... revenue from registrars... close-knit community... symbiotic relationships)
.....
.....
.....
The New TLD Evaluation Process is invisible on the ICANN website - why?
.....
.....
.....
yrs,
Richard Henderson
(an answer within another 500 days would be appreciated from someone on the Board or from Dan Halloran - so would open dialogue on the details - the honesty to discuss in the open - even a simple sorry would go a long way - where is Paul Twomey - are you going to evade these questions Paul - why? - very very opaque and unresponsive)
