John and all former DNSO GA members or other interested parties,

  It is nothing new that several of ICANN registries, including Nuestar
along with Mr.Nueman argue themselves in circles as you have nicely
outlined in your illustrated remarks below, John.   What's amazing is that
the ICANN BoD and staff along with it seems the NTIA have allowed
such behavior to continue or be tolerated.

  The simple solution is to jerk the registry contracts from all of these
errant ICANN registries and fine each and every member of the
ICANN BoD and staff, or require them all to resign much along the
lines of the CEO, Mr. Grasso of the NYSE, had to do just today...
