Declan, Ali and all,

  It was a mistake to arrest John in respect to this flawed law,
as his supposed transgressions are are spurious at best in respect
to it much as Ari Goldbergers comments on the link below
provides.

  Any attempt to do social engineering with respect to pornography
will fail on the internet and any attempt to use this flawed law to do
so is unlikely to work well if at all.

  ICANN has shunned it's policing of it's own registries and registrars
with respect to misleading domain name registrations amongst other
areas or situations.
