George and all,
Thank you George for the clarification. Certainly this is one
explanation or rational. A newly coined
math, eh? ICANN math anyone? Maybe ICANN or the GNSO at least someday
will launch it's very own Satellite
from North Korea? Maybe it will be dubbed + or - consensus? [?] . Or
'Enhanced consensus'?
