Randy and all,

All the issues to which you rightly mention have been discussed and
debated on the GA on more
than one occasion. I was present during many of those sometimes heated
debates. So I am somewhat
puzzled by your remarks however of late I admit that recent developments
which have been split off
into separate discussion groups or working groups has left too disjointed
the issues to which you mention.
As such the old hands like myself became far too disillusioned or
frustrated/locked out to continue.
