  In my country the Secret Service is the law enforcment agency that has the 
lead position on this stuff,
although I know not why.  ???  ICE is the agency in which the USG has decided 
back in 1996 to handle
IDtheft over the internet in some cases.  The link that was provided Domain 
Name is on both of these
agencies watch lists and purveyers  of utter nonsense and if you do a Whois on 
their Domain Name it
is easy to see why.  That was all I was trying to point out in as brief a 
manner as possible.  

  One should be very careful where one gets such information as there are 
various groups about
on the net that seek revenge or harm for reasons that are sometimes so 
complicated and/or
convoluted that they make no sense.  Many of them are of a religious nature 
that is less than
rational as I am sure you already know.  Right/left wing extremists of any 
religion are the main
culprits.  As a centrist myself I don't fit into any of those groups but they 
love to hate centrists
for many reasons, some obvious and some not.
