No, the processes must be public domain or there is no credability.
Now that INAIC and TLDA are one (http://www.tlda.org) it appears, maybe we can
get progress done now that Herman and the Syber bunker are in charge (byte it
kookey joe - you finally loose the war).
For now, I have to fix a brokan window now that the big explosion in Allentown
was just two blocks off my front
door. Its sad that 5 people and a little baby are killed because gas company
doesnt spend capitol to upgrade their
gas pipes!!!

All,
Seems that ICANN may be trying to avoid further embarasment?
However such a practice doesn't seem to embrace good transparency
and openess. Most unfortunate.
