Debbie and all,

  Thank you Debbie.  It appears that as predicted WIPO is
decidedly not in favor of ICANN's current plan to introduce
new TLD's and for many of the same reasons DOC/NTIA as well
as many GA'ers had articulated on multiple occasions.  Lets
all now hope that the ICANN Board and staff will pay better
attention more carefully in the future and reconsider this
"Proposed Applicant Guidebook (new TLDs)" guideline accordingly.

  FWIW, I think a good first step for adjustment here would
be for ICANN to reconsider it's introduction/approval of
.XXX and .co in it's revised form.
