Ram, and all,

  I share in part some of Georges concerns/considerations
and of course have some of my own which I have on occasion
shared with the SSAC accrodingly.  Seems to me though that
ICANN is and has gotten a very late start here as much of the
relevant issues were discussed on this forum some YEARS ago
with little impact or recognizion upon ICANN leadership
accordingly.  But I suppose, better late than never...
