Carlton and all,

I saw this several days ago and it is a pretty good report
but is short on specifics

made avaliable from it and it is not a 'Real Time' reporting tool that is
needed. A

better one, which is not free but has some free tools can be found at www.dnsstuff.com

BTW. I noticed that in this report, Tucows was listed but nither
Networksolutions,

nor Godaddy. Given the reported violations that have been
already reported by

a number of other organizations in violation of their RAA contractual
obligations

I must express some concerns as the the accuracy and/or completeness of

this report. Lets also try to remember that the UDRP has always been
and remains

a highly controversial and at least questionably jurisdictionally
ligitimate. So this report

leaves me with the impression that it is perhaps tainted in a 'Politically
Correct' manner

rather than providing fully accountable of Registrars behavior vis a vis the
RAA's. Therefore

I cannot give this audit report much value....
