Hugo and all,

  I fully agree with your sentiment.  Seems that
ICANN has decided not to maintain this GA list appropriately
for whatever reason or reasons.  Such nonsense demonstrates
yet again a decided lack of professionalism and leadership
accordingly. Enabeling or promoting spam with perhaps 
harmful executables 'May' be a violation of the US Spam
law accordingly.  It is also clear that Yahoo!'s admin.
isn't on the ball either as this very same user has been
doing this sort of thing for some time now on this list. 

  I have to wonder if the much vaunted ICANN SSAC has
any practical means by which to perform their duties
effectively as well...
