where he provides a “newbie’s” guide to Whois issues, and sets context for why
the Whois Requirements Inventory paper is significant. I will announce the

to join the discussion on Whois but need a reminder of what’s already been
discussed in the last ten years, consider pointing them toward the briefing.
The Whois report (linked right next to the briefing) is perfect for them, and
