I am not buying that shoulder shrug and not pertinent to ICANN Williams.

Access to information must begin at a location, go through another location and
those locations are called addresses.  What progress is being made to increase
the access to addresses for the less advantaged or alternative vison folks?
What has ICANN done to open dialogue with the folks interested in increasing
access?

Eric and all,

From what I can gather China is moderating slightly it's censorship practices.

A2K questions are likely best directed to Manon Reese or James Love.  From
my own perspective only, A2K is raising the awareness quotient to several
consumer
issues few of which have any direct corrilation to ICANN specifically.

Je3ff,

Is the Access to Knowledge program getting anything accomplished?

Is China making headway in the International community to further censor and
restrict stakeholder participation?
