Glen and all,

  Well it's about time ICANN finnaly got this ball rolling.  >:)

  One concern and question is that in the announcment the contact
link did not provide for an Email address by which to contact
anyone within ICANN that may be doing the eventual evaluations
regarding submissions for IDN ccTLD's.  When and what Email
address may be used for this purpose and why wasn't one originally
provided?
