Seriously, how open and individual type representative is this NARALO?
 
Are they committed to individuals having a voice in ICANN?
 
Is it so restrictive that only the communal voice is heard?

Dear All, 

This is a reminder of the NARALO 'Brainstorm' on the development of a
procedure for the At-Large community to select a voting Board director.  

This call is scheduled for Monday, September 21, 2009 at 19:00 UTC (12:00
p.m. PDT/3 p.m. EDT). 

The meeting will not have an official agenda, rather it will be a
"brainstorming" session to determine ideas, concerns and options.  All are 
encouraged to add their questions and issues directly to the
