[ga] The GNSO Needs the GA

There is no public forum for the GNSO.
 
Avri and the Council have secretly censored the GA. They have specifically 
denied the GA access to tools necessary to make it a functioning list.
 
When the public involvement and public participation is evaluated by 
responsible outside persons they will undoubtedly note the absence of any 
public participation in the GNSO, and more importantly the denial of any 
mechanism to invite regular public interaction.
