That's pure bullshit. AFNIC's three in-house nameservers receive more
than 4,000 requests/s, which would be 126 millions US $ per year. Our
entire budget would not suffice if your dream budget were realistic.
 
I like the GNSO GA list: it's a world a fantasy, unlike the boring
real world where I work.
