[ga] U.S. loses IPv6 leader - Jim Bound dies

All,

  A sad event indeed.  Although I have had many disagreements with
Jim in the past regarding IPv6 and it's preference over other developing

IP protocols, he was none the less a man of significant integrity and
knowledge.  He will be greatly missed.
