I would hate to see you delete it, though you should be allowed to. You quite
truly have done nothing wrong and never intended to. There are a number of
other "nhs" SLDs going now that are easily more confusing than yours and have
almost no meaning. I would like to see you transfer it to someone who is up for
a little fun to see just how it would turn out. It would be sad to see a
precedent set that a bully act like a bully and be rewarded for it!!!

Yesterday I mentioned that I was being challenged over my domain name
www.nhs.info<http://www.nhs.info> because (it was claimed) the letters
contravened a trademark.
Notwithstanding that I have registered this domain in good faith, I've decided
I want to delete the domain. It's too much hassle for me to engage in any kind
of legal battle over this particular name, which does not interest me enough to
defend it.
I've asked my registrar (Secura) to immediately have this domain name deleted.
Am I within my rights to request this? Are Secura obliged to have the domain
deleted on my request?
I do not want this domain. Does Afilias accept deletions of domains, on the
request of the registrar or registrant.
I don't want it simply to expire on its expiry date. I want it deleted NOW. Am
I right to think I can insist on this?
