Danny and all,

  This is all well and fine, but seems to me that the SSAC would do
well if it were to stick to it's knitting as it were, such as
concentrating
on working diligently with registrars and registries to get their
registrants
whom are errant from a security point of view, to clean up their DNS
configurations so as to not negatively impact in any way, users.

  This draft report is long of generalities, and very short on
specifics,
and lacks any good description of paths forward to address errant
DNS configurations of Registrars Domain Names, their registrants
DNS configurations, or dealing effectively with many other errant
DNS related deficiencies or outright errors.
