Danny and all,

  Nice catch!  But as ICANN is a non-profit Calif. Corp., ICANN
is not supposed to make money, and in fact a little bit of loss vs
their expenses isn't all that unusual.  However that said, a more
expansive explanation is in order so as to ensure to the public that
ICANN doesn't have too large of a operation budget and isn't
spending money foolishly or inappropriately, such as 5 star hotels
for it's staff and Bod at it's meetings, or other "Perks" for staff and/or
Bod members or excessive or unecessary travel costs.
