All,

  Well it seems that yet again ICANN's much vaunted IPC
member, the RIAA has hoist itself yet again, upon it's own
patard...

  I have to wonder what law school these RIAA lawyers graduated
from, and/or what their grade average was.  Further, I to a degree,
feel sorry for the RIAA's clients as they are seemingly not being very
well represented.  Certainly this tactic backfired as to the plaintiffs
motion givin discovery documents Ray nicely provided ( see links
below ).
