Godaddy has been cybersquatting almost sense it's inception.
The problem has been, e-discovery and a interest by the DOJ has
been lacking, and DOC/NTIA has also been less than willing to
do oversight as has ICANN. Yet the already reported evidence
has been significant, Godaddy has yet to be held to task.
Lets remember that Godaddy is by far the largest ICANN
Registrar and as such, is the single largest fee contributor to
ICANN's coffers. You or anyone else can draw their own
conclusions from such a fact...
