  Well again it seems that the RIAA's legal council has a problem
with understand the law yet again...

  And Ray, no need to sandbag my good man! >:)  Additionally
it is also a wonder I believe to any reasonable person with a
sound mind why indeed the RIAA professed so strenuously
on many public occasions that their aim of the litigation's was to \
'educate' the public.  Unless of course they had something much
different that they wanted to "Teach" ( read propagandize )...
I guess that the RIAA had in mine some sort of RIAA madrasas?

far as I know: (a) it's not possible to appeal the order, (b) it was
procedurally improper and ineffective to file a notice of appeal, and
(c) it was improper to direct their motion for a stay to the District
Court Judge. Well, let's hope the arguments in the First Circuit will be
