George and all,

Thank you for bringing this to a more public attention. Our members
however have been and remain diligent in their research tracking
of the Registrar, OnlineNIC for some time now amongst others and
had reported a number of incidents to the relevant government agencies
that are appropriate. But OnlineNIC's violations, although numerous
are "Small Potatoes" compared to GoDaddy's...

What is clear by this report which you so kindly provided is that
it seems that ICANN nor the ALAC are adequately looking after
the Registrants, users, or other consumers best interests in any
meaningful
way, if at all. That's not in keeping with the MOU, and as such ICANN
should be at least partly liable as the Accrediting body, for these
Registrars
shanagans. Unfortunately DOC/NTIA has been either unwilling or unable
to effect same. One has to wonder why, ICANN in particular has been,
and remains so far less than diligent, and to a lessor degree why DOC/NTIA

has not taken more direct and effective action accordingly.
