Siva, Joly and all,

  Danny had tried to do this several years ago.  He had some
initial success.  However given ICANN's indifference and sometimes
outright hostility towards any individual user input of any signifigance,
those folks lost interest in fairly short order.  Yet Danny has to his
credit, soldiered on diligently and at times, very well.

  Such is the very disappointing saga of ICANN...
