Peter and all,

  I recognize your frustration and share it.  It is difficult to find
a ICANN registrar that operates in a above board and honest
manner.  It's even more difficult to get the Bod and Staff of ICANN
to do the oversight that it is supposed to be doing of it's accredited
Registrars in a manner that reflects reasonable professionalism, if
at all.  And when finally ICANN does do some level of oversight,
it drags it's feet to address the problem(s) with that registrar
appropriately.
But of course, these Accredited Registrars are large financial source
for ICANN so perhaps that can to a degree be regretfully understood.
