All,

  Well it was boun to happen sooner or later.  In this case
I disagree with the reasons given if indeed thay are the only
reasons.  Given Wikipedia's propensity of miss and diss information
which has garnered it some ill repute, the whole story here may
not yet be told....

Wikimedia Foundation, and hence beyond the effective reach of at least 
German politicians and judges."
