All,

Given .INFO's propensity of allowing DN's to continue in
operation that depict explicit pornography as unfortunately
does .EDU, the two worst Registries offenders/abusers.
Perhaps the following will serve as a warning:

Frankly, I cannot see how ICANN or DOC/NTIA has allowed
Afilias and Mike Roberts of Educause to get away with effectively
thumbing their noses at the public in this disgusting manner for
this long... It's long past time for Afilias and Mike Roberts to
clean up their respective Registries themselves, or for ICANN to
Re-delegate these Registries to more respectful, responsible,
and community/user friendly parties. Perhaps it's because
the $$ that ICANN collects in registration and Accreditation
fees is too strong of a motivation?

And BTW, what I further cannot understand in the case
the link above cites specifically, re:Little, is why ICANN, Afilias,
and Educause were also not indicted as coconspirators as well...
Could it be a political consideration, or was it just that too
much $$ to the governments coffers in terms of Taxes was
the reason?
