[ga] ICANN.ORG again slips into miss configuration

All,

Sadly and unfortunately it appears that the SSAC and/or
the relevant responsible ICANN staff members have slacked
off on the job and/or are unable/unwilling to comply with the
IETF's own RFC's for DNS configuration.
See:
http://private.dnsstuff.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=icann.org&token=066037111920a64d08655a8312439019

Specifically failure to comply with (RFC822 6.3, RFC1123 5.2.7,
and RFC2821 4.5.1) to accept mail to postmaster, which REQUIRES
to accept postmaster address, One or more of your ICANN.ORG's
mailservers does not accept mail to abuse@xxxxxxxxx. Mailservers are
expected by RFC2142 to accept mail to abuse.

Althought these are * Warning * errors, they none the less reflect the
lack of proper and reasonable coordination of ICANN's own Domain Name
yet ICANN's management purports to coordinate and manage central
resources of the Internet and expects others on a global basis to
accept and recognize that central role when itself does not practice
what it preaches. An irony perhaps? Or something/some attitude and/or
behavior very different?
