  The article is fairly good, but still has a "Milk Toast" nature
to it to a degree.  I hope, but however doubt that ICANN
has learned it's lesson.  Next, either eNom or Godaddy?

  How many more RegistryFly's are to be uncovered before
ICANN's leadership get's the message?  My answer:  Only
the shadow knows!  >:)

  When will ICANN address the abuse of RIAA or MPAA
abuse or members of same abuse, not to mention the MPAA's
domain name abuse?  See for instance:

My answer:  Not going to happen.  IMO, MPAA.org  should be taken
down perminantly.  Both the RIAA and the MPAA's IPC membership
should be perminantly revoked, or at a minimum under constant supervision
for their and their members abusive legal practices and the ICANN Bod
members, legal council and staff, should pick up the tab on that supervision
out of their own pockets/personal finances.  That way the tax payer isn't
holding the bag/paying for poor managment practices.
