Dr. Joe and all,

  Of course your right, DNSCURVE does work as others have already
implimented it.  It's also compatable with legacy Bind versions.
However
we prefer BindPlus and BGPsecure which we developed in house, and
has never been breached yet.

  I personally agree that there is and has been a significant trust
problem
with the current ICANN/IANA 13 Root servers for nearly 10 years
at least, and perhaps somewhat less but knowledable trust problem
with them even a bit longer ago than that.

  Yet the DNS security problem goes further than just the legacy
root servers, it goes to other DNS servers for over 74k known
Domain Names that we know of.  This is a huge problem as the
havoc that unwitting users have already suffered is significant and
increasing exponentially every day.  Yet, ICANN policy and the
leadership that directs and derives that policy refuses to recognize
reality and plods blindly onward at the expense of stakeholders/users
as is and has been plainly made painfully evident.  Here again are
