<html><body><span style="font-family:Verdana; color:#000000;
font-size:10pt;"><div>Mr. Baxter,</div>
<div> Preposterous! All my addresses are working just
fine and were never down, nor was my telephone for which you have the number!
As of last night, the lists are all back up though only now do I have your
e-mail address again after my hard drive failure. I will add you to the public
list this evening sometime. As for the website, it is working perfectly well
for me and most, though I did discover a few people running their own DNS were
having trouble resolving it the last day or so. A remedy has already been
prescribed and is going into place as we write. Sorry for the inconvenience you
have suffered!</div>
<div> The TLDA is very much alive and STILL awaits your
participation. Let us know when you are ready to participate with a group of
other TLD managers. You seem to prefer the position of outside agitator to one
of constructive dialogue. That is wholly your choice, but I do have to correct
your "facts" from time to time.</div>
<div> My apologies to the GA list, once gain...</div>
