???? You who to icann land - i.e. staff.

Is anyone at home in icann land?  has this been authorized?  is the use of
the ICANN and IANA brand at the inaic web site authorized?

Anyone - some help please.  There are TLD holders who have paid thousands of
bucks for TLDs and one of the reasons given is the association with ICANN
and IANA.  A recognize brand name.

So is this authorized?
