[ga] Hijacking of old L root server address space announcements

Hello,

There's an interesting story on Slashdot today:

regarding entities masquerading as the old L root server. Presumably
they have a malevolent purpose behind this, to redirect traffic
intended for the real root servers for economic and/or criminal
reasons.

I would hope that someone at ICANN is looking at this, as it is
potentially a large security issue.
