The most recent filing in the Michael Moore/Ronald P.
Gentry class action lawsuit against ICANN, eNom and
Registerfly has been posted -- see

Of interest is the claim that the UDRP and consensus
policies generally constitute antitrust violations.
Also of note are the RICO racketeering charges leveled
at the "ICANN enterprise" as well as the restraint of
trade claims that are being made.
