  Yes this is my understanding as well.  And when it is available
it can or should be able to be found on Thomas.

  BTU, this is also a significant issue of great interest to users...
It is also one that can be greatly reduced with the implementation
of DNSSEC and IPSEC as well as many Domains cleaning up their
DNS configurations.  And to make a good example/start, ICANN
organs such as the IETF, IAB, and IESG cleaning up theirs!
